Piave Aged Cheese is a Hard cheese of pressed cooked paste with friable and soluble structure; vibrant and distinct fruity taste, never pungent, rendering it absolutely unique. In more advanced stages of ripening, namely after at least 8 months, Piave acquires aromas and tastes which make it unique and distinguishes it from all other cheeses.
